Chief Executive Officer

Scott Park

Scott Park is Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Vice Chairman of Doosan Bobcat. He is responsible for setting a vision for the growth and success of Doosan Bobcat while overseeing all business operations.

Scott was appointed CEO of Doosan Bobcat in 2013. With more than 30 years of global business experience, Scott is leading Doosan Bobcat with his in-depth knowledge of manufacturing, total quality management (TQM), information technology and strategy development. Under Scott’s leadership, Doosan Bobcat has demonstrated a commitment to our customers, communities and people. Doosan Bobcat continues to grow and expand to new heights under Scott’s leadership.

Scott previously served as Senior Vice President of Business Strategy, Manufacturing Strategy and TQM for Doosan Infracore, a division that manufactured construction equipment and engines, from February 2012 to October 2013.

Prior to joining Doosan, Scott was the Global Chief Information Officer (CIO) and Vice President of Processes and Systems for Volvo Construction Equipment in Brussels, Belgium. He also served three years as the Vice President and CIO of the Excavator Business Line for Korea and the Asia region, based in Singapore.

Scott earned his bachelor’s degree in engineering from Harvey Mudd College in Claremont, California, and received a master’s degree in international management from the University of California, San Diego.

President, North America

Michael Ballweber

Michael (Mike) Ballweber is President of Doosan Bobcat North America (DBNA). Named to the role in July 2019, today he is responsible for spearheading business in region.

Mike has served as Senior Vice President of Commercial Business for Doosan Bobcat North America since 2016. Prior to this, he was president of Portable Power. Mike joined Bobcat Company in 1998 and has gained deep product knowledge along with extensive experiences in strategy, dealer development, sales, product management, quality, Inventory & Operations Planning (SIOP), demand planning and customer support.

Mike graduated from Minnesota State University Moorhead with a bachelor’s degree in marketing and earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Indiana University.

President, EMEA

Gary Hornbacher

Gary Hornbacher was appointed President of Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) in July 2023. He is responsible for all business operations in EMEA region.

Joining Doosan Bobcat in 1988, Gary has held a variety of leadership roles, including marketing, sales, service, quality, and strategy in North America. Additionally, Gary led the commercial team in EMEA from 2015 to 2017. Most recently, He served as vice president of Channel Development and Training in North America.

Gary holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing from Jacksonville University in Florida and earned an MBA from Keller Graduate School of Management in Atlanta.

President, ALAO

Hyungwon (HW) Park

Hyungwon (HW) Park was appointed President of Asia, Latin America, and Oceania (ALAO) in 2014. He has responsibility for driving growth in the region.

HW joined Doosan in 1996 as the leader of the aftermarket, marketing, process innovation, attachment and sales support teams representing the Doosan brand. He went on to become Vice President of Compact Sales in Korea and spearheaded the growth of the compact equipment business in Korea and Asia.

HW received an undergraduate degree at Hanyang University in South Korea and earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from George Washington University.

President, DBCS

George Macia

George Macia is President of DBCS(Doosan Bobcat Capital Solutions), the captive financing team of Doosan Bobcat. He has responsibility of leading teams within DBCS to offer a wide range of financial solutions to dealers and customers around the world.

George previously worked at East Kodak and CIT Group as a business development and marketing executive. Joining Doosan Infracore in 2003, he served seven years as North America Program Director at DBCS and was promoted to executive for North America Program Management in 2010. In 2019, he was named Vice President of Program Management in Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) region and emerging market before taking on his current role in 2020.

George holds a bachelor’s degree in business management from University of Florida.

Chief Financial Officer

Duckje (DJ) Cho

Duckje (DJ) Cho is Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Doosan Bobcat. He has responsibility for global financial performance management, accounting, tax and treasury divisions throughout Doosan Bobcat.

Joining Doosan Infracore in 2010, DJ held the position of Global Financial Analysis Team leader and continued his role at Doosan Bobcat. In 2014, he was promoted to Vice President, Global Controller of Doosan Bobcat and served for four years in the position before he was named Vice President of Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA). He previously worked in finance roles at P&G and Gillette.

DJ earned a bachelor’s degree in Accounting and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Eastern Michigan University.

Chief Strategy Officer

Charlie (Hyunchul) Park

Charlie (Hyunchul) Park is Executive Vice President and Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) of Doosan Bobcat. He has responsibility for our global commercial and operational strategies. He also leads business development and drives growth through enhancing new technology capabilities, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and more.

Charlie joined Doosan Group in 2005 and has served in various strategic and marketing roles at Hold Co. and Doosan Infracore and China Co., Ltd..

In addition, Charlie has also served as Vice President of Global Strategy & Total Quality Management (TQM) within Doosan Bobcat from 2013 to 2017. He served as president of Doosan Infracore Europe s.r.o. from 2017 to 2021, and has served as CSO at Hold Co. and Doosan Tesna. Prior to joining Doosan Group, he worked at Pricewaterhouse Coopers as a management consultant.

Charlie earned his bachelor’s degree in mechanical design from Seoul National University in South Korea and received a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from London Business School.

Chief Technology Officer

Scott Schuh

Scott Schuh serves as Senior Vice President and Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of Doosan Bobcat. He is responsible for product development, product safety and international standards.

Joining Doosan Bobcat in 1998, Scott has made significant contributions to our engineering and technology areas, conducting various roles and projects including compact wheel loader, all-wheel-steer loader, embedded software, and hydraulics. He served as an engineering director from 2012 and was promoted to vice president of engineering in North America in 2021.

Scott holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from South Dakota School of Mines & Technology and earned an MBA from University of South Dakota.

Chief Procurement Officer

Michael Wood

Michael (Mike) Wood is Senior Vice President and Chief Procurement Officer (CPO) of Doosan Bobcat. He is responsible for all sourcing activities including supplier development and management.

Joining Doosan Bobcat in 1991, Mike has held positions in marketing and sales planning, value analysis and new product development. He previously served as Vice President of North America Procurement for 10 years before taking his current role in 2023.

Mike graduated from American Intercontinental University with a bachelor’s degree in business administration and earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University.

Chief Human Resources Officer

Sungjo (SJ) Park

Sungjo (SJ) Park is Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) of Doosan Bobcat. He has global responsibility for Doosan Bobcat’s HR operations, talent management, learning and development, the Doosan Credo, internal communications, environmental, social and corporate governance (ESG), and environment, health and safety policies (EHS).

Joining Doosan Group in 1998, SJ has held many roles within Doosan Group’s HR function for more than 13 years. He has accumulated extensive experience in developing and implementing global strategies throughout all aspects of HR management including business, culture and value-based policies development, executive appointments, compensation and benefits, recruitment, and people development.

SJ earned a bachelor’s degree from Dongguk University in South Korea.

Chief Legal and Compliance Officer

David Yang

David Yang serves as Senior Vice President and Chief Legal and Compliance Officer (CLO and CCO) of Doosan Bobcat. He oversees the global legal matters throughout Doosan Bobcat working closely with our legal teams in each region and be a key legal advisor to leadership team including CEO.

David joined Doosan Group in 2009, serving at Legal and Compliance of Doosan Hold Co. for over a decade, and joined Doosan Bobcat in 2021. David is well-versed in legal matters through his experiences in international litigation and legal projects and has built a strong network and trust with legal teams in Doosan Bobcat and Doosan group.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in history from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) and a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from Boston College Law School.

Chief Digital Officer

Roy Greco

Roy Greco serves as Vice President and Chief Digital Officer (CDO) of Doosan Bobcat. Roy joined Doosan Bobcat in early 2022 and is responsible for the overall process and IT solution management for all value chains including Finance, MES (Manufacturing Execution System), product inventory management, strategic supply chain management and the other business solutions.

Prior to joining Doosan Bobcat, Roy worked at PwC and Aon Consulting and then was with Volvo Construction Equipment for nearly 15 years, leading digital experience, global IT process and strategy.

Roy graduated from Florida State University with a bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems and Services and earned an MBA from Terry College of Business.
